My name is Christina Pollack and I have lived in Las Vegas for three years.  In my time living in Sun City Anthem, I had extreme difficulty getting a taxi cab to take me home.  I would use the Paratransit service, but it wouldn’t take me all the way home, dropping me off at St. Rose Hospital.  So I would need a cab to get me the rest of the way home.  It would be nice if dispatchers wouldn’t just string us along and tell us “the cab is on the way,” when they have no idea if a cab is coming.
