My name is Robert Schwartz, I have lived in Las Vegas for approximately 13 or 14 years. I have ridden in hundreds of cabs, and have tried all of the major cab companies in Las Vegas. I have had all sorts of trouble with taxi cabs in the city. I have been long hauled, my wheelchair hasn’t been tied down properly, I have waited hours for cabs, I have been stuck in Summerlin where they wouldn’t come pick me up. I think we need a private company that caters to people with disabilities. We don’t mind waiting 45 minutes or an hour for a taxi, as long as we know it is coming.
